When will be eGift Card be delivered?
eGift Cards are delivered as early as 20 minutes or may take up to 6hrs from purchase. Occasionally, eGift Cards are intercepted by spam filters, please be sure to check spam/junk folders. If you haven’t received your eGift Card, please email tacobell@wgiftcard.com.
When will my Gift Card be delivered?
We offer FedEx Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight. PLEASE NOTE: FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx overnight includes processing and shipping fees. All physical orders placed after 4:30am Central will process on the next business day. We also offer physical cards at participating Taco Bell locations, if needed immediately /same day. Is there a minimum or maximum number of eGift Cards/Gift Cards I can buy?
The minimum total order value for eGift Cards is $10. For physical Gift Cards, the minimum order is $15. For physical Gift Card orders less than $15, please visit a participating Taco Bell location, they offer a $5 minimum. Visit our site at www.tacobell.com/locations to find the closest Taco Bell near you.
The maximum number of eGift Cards/Gift Cards that can be ordered on this website is 10 cards, with a maximum of $100 per card. For orders of more than 10 cards, please visit our bulk/corporate ordering website at https://storefront.wgiftcard.com/tacobell and register for an account.
I gifted an eGift Card, how will I know that the recipient opened their gift?
You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing their eGift Card. You can also track status by inputting your confirmation # and email address here.
Are there any shipping fees when purchasing Gift Cards?
When purchasing Gift Cards (physical only) on the Taco Bell website or Mobile app – there are a few options for shipping at different rates. We also carry Gift Cards (physical) at participating Taco Bell locations – check out the nearest location to you here and bypass shipping fees.
Where can I use my Taco Bell® Gift Card?
Taco Bell Gift Cards are redeemable at participating Taco Bell locations in the United States, Taco Bell Mobile App, website, and Kiosk.

Taco Bell eGift Cards can only be redeemed through the Taco Bell website or Taco Bell Mobile App.
How do I register my Taco Bell® eGift Card/Gift Card?
We highly encourage you to register your card by downloading the Taco Bell Mobile App (available on iOS and Android), setting up an account, and linking your Taco Bell eGift Card/Gift Card to your account under My Info/Payments section. You can also set up an account through our website by visiting www.tacobell.com/register.
How do I check the balance of my Taco Bell® eGift Card/Gift Card?
For balance inquiry, go to www.tacobell.com/gift-cards or call the number on the back of your card. Your balance is also available within the Taco Bell Mobile App when you register your eGift Card/Gift Card.
Can I reload my Taco Bell® eGift Card/Gift Card?
You sure can, and we make it easy! Here are a few options on how to reload your eGift Card/Gift Card.
eGift Cards/Gift Cards - Visit our website and scroll down to the Reload Your Card section.
eGift Cards/Gift Cards - If you don’t already have our app, download the Taco Bell Mobile App (available on iOS and Android), look for the Gift Card section on the left-hand side, and click it to find the reload section.
Gift Cards only, visit a participating Taco Bell location near you and reload in person.
What should I do if my Taco Bell® eGift Card/Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged?
The unused value of a lost, stolen, or damaged eGift Card/Gift Card as shown on our records can be replaced if proof of purchase is provided. To obtain a replacement card:
Step 1: You'll need to freeze the balance on your card by calling (888) 999-5605.
Step 2: Fill out and submit the Gift Card Service Form. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
What if I don't have proof of purchase?
Unfortunately, proof of purchase is required on lost, stolen, or damaged Taco Bell eGift Card/Gift Card requests for the protection of the cardholder from theft and fraud.
Can I get a refund for my Taco Bell® eGift Card/Gift Card?
All eGift Card/Gift Card activations are FINAL. There are no refunds/returns on Taco Bell eGift Cards/Gift Cards.
Can I get cash back if I have an unused balance on my Taco Bell® eGift Card/Gift Card?
Taco Bell eGift Cards/Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. The following states (“Cash–Back States”) allow for cash back when your balance drops below a certain amount.
Balance less than $1: RI, VT
Balance less than $2.50: TX
Balance less than $3: CT
Balance less than $5: HI, MT, NJ, NY, OR, WA, ME
Balance $5 or less: CO, MA
Balance less than $10: CA
Fill out and submit the Online Service Form. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. Once validated, payment will be issued in the form of a check.
