What stores sell Zaxby's gift cards?

The most common place to purchase gift cards is at any Zaxby’s restaurant. Find the closest location on their website. Gift cards can be purchased online at a few authorized retailers, but Zaxby’s does not sell them online through their website. Zaxby’s gift cards are also sold at local retailers, but there is no guarantee that they will have them when you need it. Zaxby’s does not offer anything but traditional plastic gift cards.

Are these gift cards reloadable?

Unfortunately, Zaxby’s does not currently have an option for reloading cards available. When you run out of value on your current gift card, you will have to purchase another.

Simply present a gift card at participating Zaxbys restaurants. Use it to pay for menu favorites including wings, fingerz, sandwiches, and salads. The card cannot be used towards online or mobile orders at this time.

Traditional Zaxby's gift cards purchased in-store can be loaded for various different quantities. Some of those quantities are $20, $50, and $100. The amount varies depending on the gift card retailer.

What happens if I lose my card?

Gift cards should be taken seriously because they have a real cash value. Treat gift cards the same way you treat your debit and credit cards. It is important to note that Zaxbys will not replace this card if it is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. So hold on tight to your gift cards.
