When do Finish Line gift cards expire?

Finish Line gift cards do not expire. We do recommend that you use them as soon as possible, to avoid forgetting about them.

If I return an item that I purchased with a gift card, how is my money refunded?

Any purchases paid for with a gift card will be refunded on a new physical gift card. If returning online purchases through the mail, the refund will be issued 5-7 business days after the return has been processed. If returning in-store, the refund will be issued immediately.

Is there a limit to what I can put on a Finish Line gift card?

Finish Line gift cards are available in increments of $25, $50, $75, $100 and $200 online. In-store, Finish Line gift cards cannot exceed $500. Sales tax is not charged when buying e-gift cards.

How do I use my Finish Line gift card?

You can redeem your Finish Line gift card in-store or online.

In-store: present your gift card and pin number at the time of purchase. Online: select “gift card” as the form of payment and enter your gift card number and pin at checkout. All finishline.com orders using gift cards at checkout will be processed in U.S. funds.

If your gift card does not cover the entire purchase, you will need to provide another legal form of tender. Valid credit and debit cards are accepted online and in-store. Cash is also accepted in-store. If your purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining value of the gift card will save until you are ready to use it.

How many gift cards can I use in one purchase?

Use up to three gift cards per order.

Is my gift card replaceable?

Finish Line is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
